Because of we are selling low cost items, the delivery should be cheap as much as possible. You can get your order by one of these ways:
– Standard Delivery (No Tracking Number and No Signature)
– Registered Post with Signature (With Tracking Number and Signature).
Depending on your order value and weight, 5euro will pick a suitable way for delivery and we will send you an email with delivery detail once your order is dispatched. In all situations: for orders under €29.99 You will pay a flat rate of €2.99 and for orders above €29.99, You will receive free delivery.
You should get your order within 1-2 business days.

You’ll receive an email including your tracking information (if your order is sent by express delivery) for your order as soon as it’s been dispatched.

If you’ve received the correct number of items, but one isn’t what you ordered – please let us know within 48 hours what should have been received instead. You can email us with your order number in the email subject or call us.  If you want to send the right item to you or want a refund, you have to return wrong item. As soon as we receive this we’ll get the correct item sent out or your refund actioned.

We will use Irish An Post, so if your order need a signature and you’re not at home, An Post will leave a paper at your home and you can pick your order from your local An Post.

We know that you want your new gear quickly so we aim to process your order as soon as we get it to make sure you get your order delivered as soon as possible. So, unfortunately, we will not be able to change your delivery address once the order has been processed. But before processing your order and before you receive a dispatched email, you can contact us and we can amend your delivery address.

Yes, we absolutely can. When you fill in the checkout information of your billing address, you can add an alternate delivery address. You just have to make sure you do this yourself before submitting your order. we can’t change this information once the processing has begun, unfortunately.

We deliver to Ireland Only.

For each order we will take a photo of the order items before packing and dispatching, so if you’re missing an item from your order, let us know within 48 hours. We will back to our recorded images in our system and you’ll be offered to have the missing item sent to you separately or to receive a refund.

At 5Euro we strive to make that all our customers receive the highest standard of service throughout their shopping experience and work hard to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered to you as soon as possible. Because of all items in our website is less than 5e, the cost of returning item can be more than the item value. So, please contact us first before returning the item and we will let you know what you can do.

We prefer to send us all the information by email so we’ll have a look and return with the plan.

make sure that you ask for and keep your receipt as evidence of your return if you return the items.

We hope you love your items but if you’re not happy for any reason you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt of parcel.

We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty item – if you return the faulty item back to us for inspection and the issue is a production fault, for example, we’ll send you out a replacement. Plus, we’ll cover the cost of any returns postage. You‘ll need to let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel if there is a fault so we can resolve the problem for you quickly.

We aim to process all returns within 3 – 5 working days of receipt. Please also bear in mind that it may take up to 7 working days for it to get to us. You’ll then need to allow an additional 7 working days for your refund/exchange. We will send you an email to let you know that we have approved your request for return once it has been completed.

If you request a refund we’ll automatically refund your original payment method. As our prices are so low our products can sell out quickly! If we no longer have the exchange item that you’re requesting, a refund will simply be issued. If this is the case we’ll send you an email to let you know.

We keep our prices as low as possible. So if we were to introduce a free returns service, this would increase our prices.

Because we are selling low price items, the returning cost can be more expensive than the item value, so you should contact us for any items you would like to return and we will help you for this.

This is very unlikely to happen, but please keep your receipt as proof of returning your items to us. You’ll need your receipt to be able to claim for your missing parcel from the courier.

This will be depending on the reason of the refund. If the item is incorrect or defective. You will receive a good item or you will receive a full refund including the shipping cost. However, as item is not as expected or you order an item by mistake you can return. It and we will refund the item value without paying the shipping costs.

We currently accept payments from: PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Just select your preferred method at the payment stage.

Sorry, we’re unable to add or remove items from your order once the payment has been processed. Within 14 working days from the day you receive your order, you may cancel the contract for your order.

If you need to cancel your order contact our Customer Services team. Please have your order number ready to help speed things up.

We are responsible for any missing items. You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of them.

If you cancel your contract. You will responsible to return the items back to us and we will give you a refund without shipping cost.

As a consumer, you always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights aren’t affected by the above returns policy.

Unfortunately, in rare occasions a popular item might go out of stock when your order is being processed due to such high demand. In this case, a full refund for the item that is out of stock will be issued. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 days for the funds to return.

As we are a startup company, we don’t have any physical shops at the moment. But you can consider your Laptop/mobile phone is effectively a store in your pocket!

In most products, we mention the size of the product in the product description. so please check the size carefully before placing your order. So that product looks large in picture and you find once you obtain it, it’s not too small as expected. If you want to return a product because of its size is not as you expected, we will give you a refund for the product price only without shipping cost.

We will not display number of available items in the stock, but if you try to purchase more quantity than we have in the stock, you will receive error message.

We update the stock levels on the 5euro website regularly throughout the day to provide you with the most up-to-date stock information.

If you’ve received the correct number of items, but one isn’t what you ordered – please let us know within 48 hours what should have been received instead. You’ll then need to return the wrong item letting us know if you’d like the correct item sent to you or receive a refund. As soon as we receive this we’ll get the correct item sent out or your refund actioned.

If you’re missing an item from your order let us know within 48 hours. We will check our history recorded images for your order and once we agree about the missing item. You will be given separately to give the missing item to you or to receive a refund.A missing item will be sent on our Next Day Delivery service where possible.

As we are selling low price items, we don’t do discount codes. We already keep our prices as low as we can and pass on the savings to you. So there’s no need for promo codes. However, if you say that items don`t exist in our shop. We will send 100% free items including delivery to your homes.. Or giving 25% discount in your order if you refer our website to your friend. Under your My Account section you’ll find your order history under Orders.

It’s easy, simply log into your My Account and select the relevant tab that you wish to update. You’ll then be able to change any of your personal details listed. If you haven’t set up an account previously, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you.

From the Login Page follow the ‘forgotten your password’ link and select a new password. You’ll receive an email confirmation that your password has been reset.

Our policy is to provide a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. Therefore we have advanced firewalls in place to ensure the checkout is as secure as possible. Regrettably, if there are a lot of background processes working on your browser. The system may not allow you to go through the checkout, or the webpage may not load correctly. Try it by clearing your browser history and cache files if the unlikely case that happens to you. This option is usually located within the tools section on your browser. Once cleared you should be able to carry on with your order without further delay.
