Order Cancellation

• If you want to cancel Your order before receiving the dispatched email, you can contact us as soon as possible and you will get a full refund.
• If your order is dispatched or you already received the items and you want to cancel your order for your own reason, contact our Customer Services team and we will help you. Please have your order number ready to help speed things up.
• Only make sure you can cancel your order within 14 working days from the day you receive your order. If you received the order for more than 14 days you will not be able to cancel your order.
• The order has been dispatched to you prior to cancellation you have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of them.
• If you cancel your order for your own reason. You will responsible to return the items back to us and we will give you a refund without shipping cost.
• If you cancel your order because you received the wrong order. Then you can send the items back to us and you will get a full refund including the return shipping cost.
• You can send us a copy of the return receipt to [email protected]. it must include order number in the email subject and we will include return shipping cost with the refund.

 

If you didn’t send us a copy of the return receipt we will not refund the return shipping cost.
